“Les Sablons is a beautiful cottage fully equipped and very comfortable:
The kitchen has everything that you could possible require and so easy to prepare a meal in after returning from the local markets and shops.The cottage has a wealth of games indoors and out, a well stocked library and a vast selection of dvd’s to watch in the evening with a glass of local wine!
There are lots of local markets around on various days, which are clearly listed in the information book in the cottage. There is a wealth of restaurants in the surrounding area which are excellent. Just down the road there is a fromagerie which produces local camembert cheese and you can actually see it being made.
I can thoroughly recommend Les Sablons and can’t wait to return.”

Beautifully quiet, incredibly relaxed!
“As soon as we walked into Les Sablons we knew it was going to be a special week. The location is gorgeous, the house is large, beautiful and fully equipped for a home away from home! We fell in love with the outdoor decking, basically changing from seat to seat to enjoy the views, the changing light and chasing the endless sun. Blessed with a glorious week of weather we had a truly lovely stay and would recommend to anyone if you’re looking for a relaxing holiday in a lovely house.
Take a trip to Vimoutier for the stunning church, a cup of coffee of dreams in the Market Square, and the best boulangerie in town with the pink awning. We used the vet service recommended by Michael also in Vimoutiers and couldn’t fault the experience – wish it was as easy in the UK!”

Located in beautiful countryside with views across the valley, this is a perfect place to stay for those seeking a peaceful retreat. Lovely walks along quiet country lanes are ideal for dog owners or those who wish to explore this interesting and historic location. Plenty to see and do just a short drive away, including stunning gardens, castles and fantastic restaurants. The cottage is well equipped with everything you need for your holiday. We would love to visit again – soon!!

Je les félicite également pour la propreté de leur maison. j’ai vraiment eu un coup de coeur pour cette maison, son calme ainsi que son charme ! On voit au travers de cette maison et des échanges de mails avec les propriétaires, que cette maison est aimée Un descriptif bien détaillé facilite le respect et l’entretien de la maison pour en faire profiter les hôtes, pour que leur séjours soit à la perfection. J’en garde un excellent souvenir! Je l’ai déjà recommandé à des amis.”
